Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items exempt from being returned include: personalized items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these steps to process your return:
- Contact our customer support team at support@aliyancollection.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
- Securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note: Returns received without a valid RMA number may be subject to delays or refusal.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at billing@aliyancollection.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@aliyancollection.com to confirm stock availability.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
